I went to see a movie, alone as usual, I am single and the few friends I have really are hard to pin down to go to see a movie. I was a bit early and had a good fifteen minutes until the coming attractions start. There were only a few people in the theatre so far and all were couples, I was the odd man out but I don’t care, I would rather go alone than not go at all. There was a feature at the box office to pre choose your seat, I found the row and seat number and flopped myself into the overstuffed reining seat and in a moment had my feet up, I even kicked off my shoes and was munching on popcorn when this sweet looking guy came in, alone with a drink and some candy. I lowered my foot rest to let him by and he sat in a seat leaving two seats vacant between us, I looked at him and smiled. “You have to suffer with going to the movies alone too?” he asked. “Yeah, my friends seldom want to go with me.” I replied. “My name is Ricky.” he replied as he stood and leaned over
